The wait was only short and the staff member did all she could to minimise our wait. The service in preparing the shoes was very professional and they did all that they could to keep it covid secure. We have used Hands for years and have always found the staff members professional and knowledgeable, there is no pressure sales it is all about making sure that the shoe is right for the child. Customer service is key and this is something that always differentiates Hands from other stores, the customer is key and they make sure there is a no rush service. For a local business they really know their customer base and know what the schools allpw and disallow. I can highly recomend Hands.”

“Due to my son having additional needs I pre -booked an appointment with this store for a shoe fitting for my son before they opened. He has autism and really struggles with busy places and loud noises. I was so grateful to Jane for helping me sort this appointment out as it's always been a challenge to get him measured for shoes. I usually do it at home myself which was always very difficult. She reassured me on the phone that she would get him all sorted and I certainly did. Jane and Liv were amazing with my son, Liv was able to get him measured for the first time ever in a shop and it was amazing how they both engaged with my son and made it a great experience for him and us too! I honestly can't recommend this store enough! They were amazing! We will 100% be returning when he needs some more shoes. Thank you so much to Jane and Liv :)”

We then decided to get my 20month old measured too & ended up purchasing trainers for her too. Will return for school shoes thanks to the great service.”
