“Having had 2 pair of hearing aids in the past, I decided I did not want to pay £3000+ again and asked my gp to go NHS. My referral gave me two choices , I chose Beacon medical group. I was assessed within 2 weeks and fitted with new hearing aids a week later. As I said despite paying privately in the past I almost always had a level of irritation which never really went away and that was the biggest disincentive to wearing hearing aids ! The NHS audiologist was quite thorough and although only time will tell , my hearing aids were comfortable right from the start ! I would recommend the Beacon med. services and my audiologist to anyone .”

We have a rescue dog and he was a handful when we took him out for walks but with a lot of help (and perseverance) from Viv and Darren he’s now a joy to walk. Submitted a request for information on the website about getting AC in my house and Ryan called me back within the hour. He then communicated on WhatsApp after the initial call and gave me multiple quotes for different options for what I wanted. He was quick to respond and detailed in what was needed. We went for a 5kw air cooler positioned on the landing that is cooling our whole upstairs really well. Shane installed the unit and was professional and really friendly. Definitely recommend them.”
