"Poor experience in terms of customer service. Not advised on prices, timescales or even invited to book in at a later date. My issue was incorrectly diagnosed without even looking at the wheel, which wasn’t a great first impression as there was an unwillingness about the blokes face. Then I was advised to leave it with them all day (from 10am) with not even a slight hint at an ETA, apart from “the end of the day”. So if you value your time or need a quick job doing, this isn’t the place for you. Two attractive females got seen to straight away though and off spec, if you don’t mind being leered at and wolf whistled that is."
