Carole did a fabulous job with the grooming and her attention to detail fantastic. Two very happy, relaxed doggies when i picked them up, looking lovely and their fur hss never been so soft. Ian amazed us with his knowledge of flooring, his dedication to the job and worked tirelessly throughout the day even with our 3-storey house in 80 degree heat. He deserves a medal! We just moved into a new house and had very bad problems with odour and stains. “What can I say except an absolute EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. I ordered three throws but on receipt of them two were a slightly different colour due to the batch being different. I wanted a particular batch as I preferred it and spoke to them about it. The customer service team advised they had two of the batch I preferred and they happily sent me those two as well as a package and return label to send the other i didnt want back at no cost to me. Now if that isn't great customer service then I dont know what is. They cared almost as if I was family. I am very happy with the blankets and they look beautiful on the sofa even my husband say they looks amazing and he never tends to care about anything decornin the house. “Lee is one of those artists that you'll wish you'd found sooner before getting inked. His work looks photographic if that's what you're after. He has done Dali work on my wife, Japanese work on her brother as well as H.R. Giger. The man's gonna go far and I'll be able to tell people I got my tattoo/s from the artist in the earlier days of his career. Plus he's a hard working family man so you know your hard earned cash is going towards supporting his family. If you think you need time to contemplate what to get, book in now because there's usually a long waiting list. He did the tattoo you see in one sitting. I mention this because sometimes tattooists can't be bothered filling in the tattoo same day as the outline. Badass tattoos come to those who wait..”
