“It is well located as it's close to the airport and motorway network around it. The parking facility is free and also the wifi. This is a saving of at least £10 compared to other similar chain of hotels. The room was of that of a 4* or at a stretch even a 5* standard. Very calm, restful place with a restaurant. I would recommend it without any hesitation.”

“My friends and I visited Chilli Banana in Cheadle which is a hidden gem that truly deserves recognition. The moment I stepped through their doors, I was transported back to the aromas of Bangkok also the décor adds that little extra. Their menu is a tantalising mix of classic dishes and unique creations, all made with the freshest and most flavourful ingredients. The standout dish for me was their Pad Thai, which was not only beautifully presented but packed with a perfect balance of sweet, sour and spicy flavours. The stir-fried noodles were perfectly cooked and combined with a delicious sauce and a generous serving of juicy prawns, vegetables and peanuts. It was simply divine. The Green Curry, which was a true flavour explosion in my mouth. The creamy, spicy sauce was infused with the bold flavours of lemongrass, ginger and basil, and the tender chicken was cooked to perfection. It was a true feast for the senses. I was also impressed by the warm and friendly service at Chilli Banana. Chilli Banana is a fantastic Thai takeaway that offers delicious food, great service, and a warm and inviting atmosphere. “Lovely takeaway, did a search on google to find one with good reviews and it definitely didn't disappoint, although I couldn't find a menu on line! I rang and asked for our favourite; sweet & sour fish which wasn't a problem, when I arrived to pick it up I picked up a menu and couldn't find sweet & sour fish anywhere, but they had still done it and it was gorgeous, what a service! Definitely go there again!!!”

“Haven't been here for a while due to moving out of area, they have recently renovated and expanded and the place looks fab. The food was so excellent tasted beautiful couldn't fault anything really. The meat was all beautifuly cooked and perfectly flavored it was busy and great atmosphere despite being a Monday. We will be back next time in the area! All I would say is we really fancied a creme Catalan or something similar for dessert get that added to the menu and this would be perfection!”

“Really tasty chicken and great value. Chicken pieces were huge and even the boneless parts were juicy inside. The wings (we got the spicy sauce) were delicious. Enough chips for two in one portion. Ordered for collection through their website and was served quickly. We’ll be coming back to clear out the place again soon!”

“Greenbank were brilliant today. Can’t thank them enough. My lab got a stick stuck to the roof of her mouth. I couldn’t get it out. She was clearly in great distress. I took her straight to the vets. They saw and examined her immediately Had theatre ready if needed. Luckily they were able to remove under sedation and all is well. I don’t usually write reviews but I wanted to publicly say thank you.”

“(Oct 2022 update) Since last review new landlord now in situ. All change under the new team! Certainly more or additional televisions showing football when I called in. This is still a great local pub in Cheadle village. A great range of Hyde's beers at a very reasonable prices. Well worth trying to see the changes & sample some excellent beer.”

“Had not eaten at this place for a few years but heard it was under new management, as I like Indian food and my wife prefers Thai I thought I would give it a try, I had the Tandoori Mixed Grill and my wife had Chicken Green curry. Both meals were amazing and will certainly be using this as our number one takeaway.”

“Great pub this. We only called in for an hour and stayed all night. Nice to see really good entertainment on. The Committee band really worked hard and played all the dance floor hits. The girl singer was amazing and they seemed to be on all night. Let us know when next they are on and we’ll be there. The staff were very polite and really got into the music. Great vibe.
