“Best fish and chips and I've had in a long time. My grandchildren recommended this place to me when they wanted some chips so we went. I will definitely be back again, the staff are lovely and friendly, portion sizes are huge (maybe too big) and prices are around the average for the area. “Have been to Costa Coffee in Wythenshawe a few times now, service has always been good, though sometimes the tables aren't always cleared from previous customers. This maybe due to staffing levels, due to several reasons but have found the staff to be very friendly all the same. I have also eaten food which has been nicely presented & hot to eat &love their coffee any way.!”

“Lovely coffee shop. Generally nice & tidy. It does seem as though the staff are more interested finishing their conversation than serving customers. Also the collection of pots and cups seems be solely down to what they can see from a eye and is not consistently walked around and wiped down. As a former worker, some well needed customer service courses are needed ❤️”

“Nice staff and good beer. Update: Nov 2018. The place has a refit. It looks brilliant. Big bar, loads of seating, great beers and wines. Family enivorment, kids are welcome during the day. Nice vault with dart board, looks brand new. Same friendly staff. Same locals. Massive beer garden, you can bring your dog if it's on a lead. Next to a tram stop, wythenshaw park. Juke box. Very cosey. It's a Robinson's pub. Not food but you never know. Have good local pub things, like karaoke nights, singers, etc. If you have any questions just call, all the staff are happy to help.”

“Having lost our way due to lack of continual Diversion signs, we called here just for a desperate comfort break. Lady behind the bar Lisa, gave me key to loo and even came to make sure I was OK. It was beautiful and clean and both staff and customers were very kind and helpful. Lisa even rang her partner to get best directions for us to follow to get us further towards our destination. “Great backyard. Spacious enough for a large gathering. Kids menu was awesome. Under 4 pounds and got lots of food. Beer price was affordable and wide variety. Can't wait to return on Sunday for the Sunday meals. Oh, and the staff was very friendly. I am just a guy passing through the village with two Kids and was lucky enough to have eight days to explore the wonder of the area.”
