“I came from London to watch a football game, the Hotel is right next to the Tram station, St Peters Square which was amazing and made everything easy, also is was like an 8min walk to the Shopping Centre and all other shops which made it easy. The Hotel staff were nice, the lounge was chilled and comfortable, the room was modern, clean, a bit on the small side but doesn't really matter since I'm not living there, the bed was so so comfortable and a clean and powerful shower. I've been to Manchester a few times now and this was the first time I stayed in this hotel and I will definitely be making it the hotel I stay at from now on.”

“I booked the Maldron for my cousins 50th birthday and was impressed from start to finish. I checked in on line the day before, so everything was ready for us when we arrived. The reception staff were lovely, very friendly and courteous and very helpful throughout our stay. Our room was ready when we arrived and were very pleased with our allocated room and although we could see train line from our window we never heard any trains. My sister in law wanted some extra coffee and a couple of extra hangers and we had only just put the phone down to reception and someone was knocking on our door with requested items.. First class customer service. We had booked breakfast for our stay and we were both very impressed with the quality and selection available. The staff in the restaurant were also very pleasant and helpful and took the time check everything was as we liked. I would recommend the breakfast to anyone. We chose the hotel for its location to the train station and restaurants and bars we were frequenting over the weekend. Had a fabulous time and was very impressed with the hotel and its staff.”

“Difficult to find from Sat Nav but we got there in the end. It was perfect for us as we were there for The Dream Syndicate at Band On The Wall which was less than five minutes walk. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was busy as some football fans from Germany were there too. Their team got beaten 7-0 off Manchester City so understand subdued.”

“We have stayed at this PI regularly for about 15 years so that we can visit family. Even though team members have changed, it is still staffed by a great team of friendly and helpful staff and the rooms are spotlessly clean. Thank you all! However, over the last couple of years, a very clear and "uncomfortable" demarcation has evolved between this PI and the associated restaurant. The restaurant has extremely rigid rules for eating times etc. and enforces them in a forthright manner... it makes the whole hotel experience unpleasant. We prefer to eat at the great Café in Tesco, a short walk away. The staff are really lovely and the food is good - far less stressful.”

“I thoroughly enjoyed my three night stay at this wonderful hotel. In particular the staff, Alex and team, were amazing, friendly and couldn't do enough to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Bear in mind this is an old building and some of the rooms are in need of a little bit of TLC but the views are fantastic and it's great to be able to stay in an iconic example of 60s modernist architecture. The restaurant and breakfast area particularly stylish. I would definitely recommend - worth requesting a more recently refurbished room if you do so.”

Rooms are lovely and clean and well stocked with the normal tea, coffee etc Breakfast is excellent, so much choice and cooked to order. 5 minute walk to Dunham Massey and lovely homely pub next door with a real coal fire”

“A fantastic service provided by a fantastic company. They were amazing in finding me hotels and flights for Malaysia and Thailand at an extremely competitive price. They even provided airport transfers to and from my hotel at both locations. I can't fault sky direct travel as there was nothing more they could have done for me as everything was perfect. Big shout out to waseem who was a massive help when deciding which hotel would be most suitable for me. He was patient and informative and kept in touch throughout the whole booking process and even contacted me after the trip to make sure everything went fine and there were no issues . Just wished our plans gave us the opportunity to enjoy the premises for longer. “I have left reviews before about this coffee house I absolutely enjoy going there it is fantastic atmosphere and the staff are really great but I think personally it needs one thing is for the outside area to be covered as my partner who is disabled does sometimes find it hard to find a seat inside but when it rains there is always space outside so ideally it needs to be covered so please can something be done to accommodate it we enjoy sitting outside drinking the best coffee in sale”

“Brilliant hotel. Rooms were excellent. 24 hr staffing. First time of staying here Definately won't be the last. Asked for a disabled room for myself and my wife. Got what we asked for. The lift took us to our floor and our room was straight in front of it. So not far to walk. Great parking facilities as well.”
