“Sarah is so lovely and really put my mind at ease, she gave me great advice on how to best look after Eddie to make sure he stays nice and healthy and how to implement the changes we discussed. Sarah was lovely to Eddie and myself, there was no judgement whatsoever, just lovely and understanding and professional, sincere advice. Reception staff are so lovely and welcoming and couldn't help but notice the amount of knowledge and experience they have when talking to me and other visitors to the practice. The practice had a great atmosphere, staff communicate really well and can tell they have a great working relationship. Thanks guys!!”

“As someone who has long term chronic health problems, I find consistency of care and information is vital to my overall well-being. I personally love the online system to make appointments, and phone appointments as needed suit my busy work schedule. I have found the team helpful and to go out their way to find information or help me out. When my baby needed to be seen they also saw him the same day to reassure me. The only times I’ve found it difficult is when I couldn’t get through on the phone for a same day urgent appointment- but that has been the same at every surgery I’ve every been at!”
