"Disgusting and no empathy for what patients may be going through! I went into to the the chemist and explained to the disrespectful lady behind the counter that “i suffer from sever depression and i hadn’t had my medication for 10 days, i had been self harming i feel very very unwell. My doctor has approved my medication, now because of miscommunication between my doctor and yourselves my prescription got lost and i need emergency medication” she pretty much said said there is nothing at all she can do for me. The lack of empathy was disgusting! Go and get a job in tesco on the night shift"
