“We’ve tried various places for Charlie our springer spaniel. Each time we find an issue either cutting him bald so that he doesn’t look like a springer anymore with no whiskers to some that made him look patchy. Hot Doggy done a fantastic job with him making him look like a prime specimen of a dog. His coat is even. His ears are blended in and de-knotted. He’s so happy and chilled. Thank you. We now have a regular place Charlie is happy with”

“The shop is within walking distance from where I work, so decided to pop in for a quote. Had caught my engagement ring in the freezer drawer! It was one mishap too far and the stone popped out of the claws. Utterly devastated I sought advice from a lovely lady who advised me the ring would be sent off for a free estimate and costing for the work. They didn’t disappoint. I received a text with a price and a time, if I was happy to go ahead, when my ring would be ready. It looks like new! I’m certain it has been cleaned and the small repair has been flawless. There is a chilled atmosphere that puts you at ease if you are worried or nervous about getting any work done and the professional ease of everyone there gives you absolute confidence you are going to get something brilliant! My Piercings were quick and as pain free as possible, I was given sound advice before and after they were done and they look spot on the best thing about it though was the whole experience was made fun by Louise's easy going and fun attitude. I walked out feeling great and feel everything I had done was excellent value for money. I could not find fault with any aspect of my visit. When planning my tattoo, they have made every effort to make sure I get an amazing piece and the best value for money and I can't wait to get started! I say get yourself there!!!”
