The whole process was very efficient from the start of the enquiry to the finish - they completed the job quickly and within budget. The kitchen looks great and has all the features I wanted. “Firstly I think it’s important to note this is a cafe that is connected to a family support centre and counselling service. It’s cheap and it is supposed to be somewhere accessible for people who access the services next door, as well as for anybody who uses the park. I actually came here not because of this but because I had attended a baby class in the adjoining room, so my friend and I had coffee and cake here. It’s a great little place, so cheap and the staff are friendly too. There’s a seating area outside as well for warmer days. It’s a lovely little cafe if you’ve had a walk in the park or want to meet a friend with your little ones. They also offer a range of food and I’ve-cream in summer, but we always went primarily for coffee and cake, both of which were always spot on. We used to go here every week after baby classes, and will continue to do so after Covid. This cafe definitely deserves our support so that it stays open in the future.”

“Ordered a reconditioned 2 oven gas Aga from Avec, I was kept informed throughout and they were on hand to answer and questions I had. The install day came and the 2 chaps came on time, were friendly and courteous despite having to work around other tradespeople finishing off the kitchen. The Aga itself looks brand new, the enamelling is perfect and the chrome lids are polished to perfection. I’m really happy with the service I received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!”

“Fabulous, fabulous food, nice staff, WAY better than the ridiculous dire Altrincham Market. I left the Tender Cow (TC) in the Market after a disgusting meal and found this brilliant cafe. Tender Cow has No customer care, just a very bad attitude, my steak was swimming in sauce. Other restaurants would and do welcome feedback. It's how they stay open. No one wants 27 tonnes of sauce, you had to find the steak. Way too much sauce, no standards before food sent out. It could have been cardboard, you couldn't taste the meat, which made it pointless. At Altrincham Market silly prices you hope they had some skills? I took back the food to Tender Cow to offer feedback, and they couldn't care. Zero care. They just said ok. And ignored us....No refund, no replacement. In Lisbon we sent back a steak for a similar issue and the owner's came out to thank us, to adapt, to keep customers. A free replacement, and we return lots to that restaurant.”

The next stage was the design process which involved Rachel visiting our home and doing a quick assessment and more thorough details on. our wish lists. We later met her in the shop for a coffee and presentation - we were blown away with what she had produced. As a property developer I've visited many showrooms and sat through sever daunting presentations. this entire experience was the complete opposite of any previous experience and one we thoroughly enjoyed. “Very handy store with convenient parking, not always the cheapest but is very ethical so you cant complain. Never had an issue with any product from Co-op and are usually of the slightly higher quality and that is why the prices can be slightly more as you pay for quality. Timperley co-op is well maintained and the staff are always pretty chatty and polite and the store is well stocked.”
