“Went to purchase some toys for my sons birthday today. One was a twin pack of monster trucks. I asked the lady if we could choose particular ones. Usually you just get what you get but she was amazing and went to check if they had the one we wanted. They didn't so she then rang Elk Mill to see if they had the one we wanted and offered all help she could to find the particular ones. Unfortunately she couldn't find them but was so lovely and let us choose between what they had in. Usually nobody would do this so i was so grateful to her. “All I've been reading are a lot of bad comments and a fair few good ones. Yes delivery wasn't between 3-5 working days as stated because when you purchase something they have to do a background check then need your ID to prove your age. But once that's completed and you give them what they need then it will get sorted and delivered straight away. And for the messages, sometimes a day or two to respond but they don't have 8 arms. I'm happy with my purchase and will defo be buying again. Thank you :)”

Lauren was very helpful, informative and patient and gave me a really good deal on the furniture. Gavin and James delivered and assembled the furniture and even took my old settee away as well. “The original bouncy castle company I had booked had let me down and I stumbled over this company on Facebook. Customer service was brilliant, they were able to meet my needs at such short notice, they changed the times to be able to accommodate my needs. Price range was reasonable, all other companies tried to add extra money on as a short notice booking but this company did not. The lads came to set up the bouncy castle, confirmed the night before, on the day and sent a text during the event just making sure everything was okay. I would absolutely recommend this company and I will be using again for future events. Very happy.”
