I had a hassle & stress free experience from start to finish. I had my transfers from airport to hotel and Madinah to Makkah arranged with out any struggle. “Just wanted to say a big thank you to Lauren and her supervisor today, I went to the store after trying to resolve flight changes with the call centre, which was terrible! I was upset and frustrated from the call centre agent and when I arrived in store I explained what had happened and it was resolved, with a smile and a glass of fizz. “Visited on Sunday 18th April 2021 - Pay and Paddle / Self Launch With the current C-19 restrictions, we've not been able to get to the lake district for a while, and were looking for somewhere close to home for a relaxed family paddle. We have our own boats and equipment, so were looking for somewhere we could self launch and enjoy some family time. After speaking to one of their really helpful staff, Shannon, by email - we booked a two slots online for the early morning. Arriving about 15 minutes before our time to check in, we were issued with tags for our boats and given details on where we could paddle (there was a water polo game in progress in a small area, and in the afternoon the deeper end of the lake hosts powered craft and some open water swimmers. We were lucky with the weather, warm, sunny with only a slight wind - as otherers have mentioned, some areas of the lake are fairly shallow, however this didn't cause us to ground out either kayak, or struggle paddling. The water was exceptionally clear and there was plenty of wildlife - keeping a respectful distance - the kids enjoyed seeing the gees and swan nests. It was a great fun day out, exceptional value for money and one we plan to recreate as soon as we're able! Thank you to everyone on site!”

“Myself, daughter and dog recently stayed 2 nights at Travelodge Central Manchester on 17th - 19th August 2021. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was lovely to 'get away from it all'. The only disappointing thing about the room was, there was no hand wash in the bathroom and the pedal bin didn't work.”

I have stayed in various apartments around los Gigantes and have loved every one of them. We go back every year and THA have always been on hand to help with any issues. “Back from a presentation today and both my husband and myself were very impressed with the whole set up. The sales people Kart and Jamie at the Manchester office were very welcoming and professional. They explained the product very well and there was no hard sales pitch. On the contrary they explained everything in detail and how the finances worked comparing it to our current spending. The cost for a very high end plush product was very appealing with regards to the price allowing world travel to 5 star resorts at an affordable price. Sadly our travel plans at this time are very different to what is being offered so we had to decline. However, we both feel we will revist the CLC World option in the future. We thought it was all a very good marketing set up and emphasise that there was no hard sale. We were rewarded with £50 M&S vouchers and a weeks free accommodation for our time. We look forward to seeing what is on offer at one of their resorts over the next 12 months”
