After waiting for 5/10 mins I was called back. The travel agent that looked after me was Sue. She was patient and listened to our needs.this wasn’t easy as we had our toddler with us. She took time to listen and found our perfect holiday. She then wrote the details down for our holiday nad followed up with an email.
