“Dr Lindsay Beardsworth has changed my life. I’ve been putting my back issue off for close to 2 years. It was hindering my sports, health and sleep. After the first 15 minute session my back was improved so dramatically it was nothing less than a minor miracle. I could move freely and without pain and for the first time in two years have a full night sleep. I now go once monthly though my own choice to ensure that nothing returns. Dr Akhtar was very professional and put him at ease. He was very thorough and got straight to the problem which was a slipped disc on the sciatic nerve. After the initial consultation my husband went back for a spinal injection. He found it was better to have a few days rest off work to enable recovery.
