“When I moved to the area a few years ago I was looking for a stylist that was local but felt as though it was a city centre salon - for example, being up to date with the latest trends and being able to work with my brassy warm hair! I was not disappointed with the Hairbank, and have been a loyal customer for years. The Team are extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly, it’s a really comfortable and clean environment and they regularly undergo training on new techniques and develop the team. I was so impressed with the Hairbank that I asked Ria to do my bridal hair (extensions too - which I wouldn’t have known where to start without her advice) and my bridesmaids, all of which stayed in position for the day and night and looked beautiful. I’ve had many styles over the years and different colours from their Matrix colour masters. Ombré, balyage, peach, ash brown, platinum blonde, all with different cuts and shapes and never been disappointed and always followed their professional guidance. Couldn’t recommend Ria and the Hairbank highly enough - please never leave Urmston!”

“I personally have only been to Sam. Ive been booking in with her every 2 weeks for the past 4 months. Her cuts get better and better every time i go. Shes brilliant. The place looks great and is always busy. Although the cuts are a little more expensive (£15) than your average barber. It's definitely worth the extra. Please be aware that you have to book in for an appointment. Which i think is a great idea. Sat waiting in my previous barber for 2 hours at a time is the reason why i changed the 1st place.”

“I visited this salon on Saturday and had my hair coloured, cut and blow dried by Mel - such a lovely atmosphere in here, and definitely a family vibe which was so nice! Much more enjoyable experience than some other salons I've visited previously as everyone was soooo friendly, welcoming and just some lovely conversations flowing. Hate the usual "stuck up" vibe you can get with other salons. Mel and the team listened to exactly the look I was after and created it no hassle, and I was overjoyed with the result - only shame is I haven't been going here for longer! “Visited here a few weeks ago as my regular barber (Loll) had recently moved to the premises so wanted to give it a shot. Firstly, I know during Covid we're concerned with social distancing and safety for very good reasons. When i walked in the seating were all distanced apart and I was asked to only turn up when my appointment was ready to help ensure you weren't waiting. The gowns provided were disposable and the chair was bring cleaned when I walked in so put me at ease tbh. Loll is a fantastic barber and I've used her for years so if you're looking for a good haircut with a friendly service can't recommend her enough. She also does fantastic colours and it's in an easy to get to location! Can't recommend this place enough. As with most businesses now they're under strain due to Covid and I'm happy to see that they're taking it seriously and using extra time to make sure it's safe. So go support your local barber and get an amazing haircut from Loll!”
