"I am not satisfied with the service provided. The prices are rather expensive, so I would have expected better outcomes. My appointment was booked at 5pm with Gaynor, and it was busy so I waited over one hour. I had my highlights done- roots. I asked specifically for light shades not yellowish: ended up with yellowish blonde and not really well done. I left the salon after 9pm- so spent over 4hours and the service provided did not meet my expectations. I read few lovely reviews, so I thought it was worth trying. Unfortunately I can't recommend it."

"I had my hair dyed today by Sam and what I asked for I certainly got. My hair looks and feels amazing, she has really transformed my hair from being dull, multicoloured (in the wrong way) to being fuller, lighter and smoother, my colour now is amazing and that was done in one session which surprised me as the state of my hair I really thought it would need more help. I am extremely pleased with my hair and I will be returning, I've also had my young daughters hair cut here too and that also turned out lovely. Highly recommended place, you get the quality for such a good price and in my personal opinion after trying multiple places around Swinton this is the BEST place by far."
