“My wife and I took our girls to celebrate booking a holiday in the U.S. The food was great. "Nicely American" for want of a better phrase. Tasty and reasonable price. The place was very busy (and so quite noisy, hence only 4 out of 5 for the atmosphere). But the team were on top of it with not long to wait for food. Great job. Our 'server', Savannah, was brilliant. So friendly, helpful and polite. Very attentive without smothering us. I noticed every time she passed our table she had a quick look to see if drinks needed refreshing, where we were at with food, etc. She (like the rest of the staff) were working really hard. Really enjoyed it and great food with great service made me want to go back again soon. Thanks!”

“Visited today with my young son and couldn't be happier with the food and the service. I had the gammon which was very juicy, very well cooked and was nice and hot and my son had the lasagna with chips, salad and garlic bread which was very well presented and again, nice and hot. The portions were large and top quality food. Highly recommended. We didn't even have to wait too long. We also wanted to thank Georgia and Aneeka for looking after us, they came to our table on more than one occasion to make sure we were happy and if we wanted anything else. Assets to the team!! “Came with my family, seated 10 of us quickly, staff are kind and attentive, the ribs are amazing, so are the loaded fries! Could do with a high chair but it wasn’t that big of an issue for us as the food made up for it. I’ll see you guys soon”

“Absolutely mint.... Ordered for a family of 5, big take-away fans. Food arrived 25 mins early and piping hot. Between us we ordered pizza, burgers, peri chicken, kebab and the meat quesadila. Everything was cooked spot on and the quesadilla was probably the best thing I've ordered in ages. Will defo order again, and again.”

“Amazing Nkwobi with pepper!!!! The Nkwobi touched my soul. If you don't like pepper (and even if you do like pepper), you're probably safer asking that they don't put pepper in it. They've also got variants of Nigerian Alcohol, the Guinness reminded me of home. They've also got Orijin, if that's your thing. And there's something about Abacha on Sundays. Typical local Nigerian place.”

“We were staying at the caravan site across the road from here and thought we'd give it a go an we were very impressed. Kebab meat was lovely, chicken kebab was the best I had and the garlic bread was just amazing. We will definitely be using again.”

“I ordered from here on a Sunday using the app and received 10% off which was great, I also got free onion bhaji as my order was over a certain amount which was cooked fresh upon arrival. The app was good and very easy to use, I appreciated that I didn't have to sign up my email to use it or create a log in. The food was hot and tasty, the portion size was more than enough. The service in the shop was also high quality. Would recommend.”

“I came here a few times while working nearby for a couple of months and made a different order each time. The Dosa meal in the evening at £5 is very good value while the Lamb Kulambu is also very good. Everything is freshly cooked in front of you and you can eat in as well. Service is friendly Don't be put off by the tatty look of the place, it is well worth a visit”

“They have some very good Chinese food which is served very warm. This is a go to place for your meal. Very affordable, place is very tidy and food is prepared in a timely manner. Delivery is also very fast. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants good food at affordable price”

“Consistent every single time - I've dined in and ordered via Deliveroo since it was opened and they haven't let me down when it came to taste and the quality of food. I've tried Big John's smashes burgers, loaded chips, supreme chicken burger and Asian style pizza. The staff are very friendly and I got the opportunity to meet and chat with the regional manager too. They take feedback seriously and always looking got perfecting their recipes by giving you a feedback form to fill in. I've not been dissapointed so far and I hope they keep up the high standards.”

“Called in whilst my wife went in the store shopping. I had coffee and a tea cake. They were both very nice. Served by a beautiful young lady. Who had really good manners and was very polite. I'll add her name next time I visit. People will say. It's her job! She has to be nice and polite . But you can tell when someone means it. The cafe was nice and clean. Overall a nice experience.
