Always had my animals taken care of and they have built up bonds with my pets. Never had any issues with them and they look after you as well as your animals. Very friendly”

All the dogs Look happy and like they're having fun whenever I drop off/pick up. My boy shadow loves going so much he drags me in every time we pass. Fantastic place and 100% recommend.”

“Our Collie Cross Mabel stayed here a few days early September after a friend recommended them. From start to finish nothing too much trouble. Gill goes the extra mile with her animals. “Really good, to say my dog doesn't like water or being groomed would be an understatement, and Emma does a lovely job every time, and gives Poppy lots of cuddles to help her calm down, as she knows that if your cuddling her your not washing or brushing her, lol she is such a wimp.”

“It's a beautiful place to visit with a boating lake, aviaries, play areas for big kids and little kids and some lovely short walks. Not to mention bowling tennis football and a cafe. It's also got a train and ice-cream in summer. It's just unfortunate that the botanical house has died a death ( shame on you shameside!)”

“My rescue, Scritches Rat and Rodent Rescue, uses Fitch Pet Bedding for all our animals. Chinchillas, Degu, Rats, Mice, Hamsters and Gerbils are all bedded on this. With no need for any extra nesting material, the bedding holds tunnels well and the animals seem to enjoy building huge nests out of it. The most absorbent bedding we have tried so far, great on natural odour control without the use of scented oils or similar, this bedding reduces the smells produced by rats and male mice particularly. It's also dust free and soft, and it doesn't tangle easily in long coated types. Personally, I have also used this bedding for Duprasi, Zebra Mice and Pygmy Mice with excellent results. The staff are friendly, prices are reasonable especially if ordered in bulk and they make a 10kg bag for people who don't have much storage space. We cannot recommend this product highly enough.”
