"Very disappointed. Harvey went for the first time a few days ago (13 month old puppy). I told Kathy that he may wee as it’s a new area, Kathy’s first response was ‘well you have to pay if he does’. When I went to pick Harvey up she said that she didn’t want Harvey to return as he was too much for her. Harvey is the most placid puppy ever and has a very loving, playful temperament. Truly felt Kathy had no patience with Harvey. Really shocked by the whole experience as neither Harvey or myself have ever been treated like that before. Kathy is in the wrong job in my opinion."
