Made a last minute decision to come for Sunday roast, and despite the restaurant being fully booked, they were more than happy to accommodate us in the bar area. “I've never been here before, so I booked a table for Valentine’s Day. Called the restaurant as we were running about 10 minutes late, and that was no issue. Got there and was seated right away. I got a table in the corner, which was nice, and also a red rose on the table for all dinners, nice Valentine’s Day touch. Had a choice of the main menu or special menu, ordered from the main menu. The food came quickly and was really nice. Will definitely go back.”

“Myself and my partner took my parents here on Saturday night when they had come up to visit. It was a fairly last minute booking so the only time available was 8.30pm but it was so worth it. We arrived a little early and it was very busy! There was a large group leaving and there were another large group sat down at the table. We were told we could wait at the bar and order a drink. The man at the bar was lovely, though clearly very busy dealing with drinks orders for tables as well as the 6 people standing at the bar, but we were happy to wait. By the time our drinks orders were done a table was ready and we were taken to be seated. Every member of staff was a delight in there. And the food? AMAZING. As we finished up our meal the chef came out to ask how our meal was. What a lovely guy! We had a little chat with him before leaving. As we left and got in a cab the chef came running out with my dad's phone and glasses he left at the table. Can't wait to go back. So glad we booked here.”

We were made to feel very welcome, the staff are really lovely and the food was top notch. Needless to say we left feeling very full and happy. Some of the best south Indian food me and the wife have ever had. This restaurant used to be something totally different called monal, we are local just being down the road. Tried it when it was monal, really dissappinting. Bad food and service, horrible atmosphere and very expensive. This is now under totally new ownership we were glad to find when we went in. We took in the menu and ordered a bit of everything that took our fancy. The curries we had were EXCELLENT. The naan, the onion bajis, the rice... All of it was high quality, cooked with care and fresh! So glad to have this place on our doorstep. The best bit? The Dosa! Incredible food. The whole place has a family feel and everyone was very welcoming. Thanks for a lovely meal, see you again soon.”

Everything was very flavoursome but their salt and pepper chips were just ok. However the food is a bit pricey for takeaway and it does however make you super thirsty. I will however come reorder with them.”

From the papadoms which were crisp and greasy to the starters (Lamb Chops) were perfection to the Chicken Tikka Jalfrezi it was an awesome meal. Bottle of wine was given as a regular customer. Highly recommend this as a local Indian restaurant. Go and try it today, you will not be disappointed.”

“Struggled to find a good chinese around Tyldesley area. Thought we’d try this one. The service was great and the food was even better. Salt and pepper chicken pieces were brilliant, and recommend the curry sauce with this meal. Salt and pepper ribs were also lovely. Chicken satay was brilliant, lots of flavour and the chicken, cooked to perfection. Overall a great chinese and will definitely come back. :)”

“I'm not usually a fan of Chinese food but this one is without doubt the best I have ever had. It is a little different to other Chinese style takeaways as they don't use or rely on MSG to give their dishes flavour. I don't feel bloated or feel like rubbish after eating out here. Looking forward to the next time I visit Manchester as I will most probably be calling in.”
