"Four of us attended last night for my birthday meal. On first impressions it looks really nice. We were seated quickly but then not even asked if we wanted a drink. We had to catch the eye of a waiter after sitting there for 10 minutes.. I ordered the monkfish wrapped in ham. The sauce was delivered cold, on a cold plate. I asked for them to heat it up. It was brought back, still cold, I sent it back again and it was returned again cold. By this time I couldn't be bothered. The restaurant is overpriced and underwhelming. We were charged nearly £5 for a small bottle of water. The measures of the drinks are inaccurate, a pint of lager that was 3/4 lager and a quarter froth. I don't mind what I pay when out for a meal as long as the food and service is good quality but this place has neither good food or service. Wont be returning."

"Tried the special (Tomahawk) this time. Magnificent! The lovely waitress remembered I like my steak rare/blue and very tentatively informed us how to get the best out of the meat. STUNNING! They usually sell out of Cheesecake, but I got some tonight and it was WELL worth the wait! How do I give more than 5 stars?"
