“Amazing care and service provided by Katie and Kyle for my nervous, high energy collie. They really understand dog behaviour and tailor make their approach to the individual dog within a family setting. I doubt I could ever find anyone that are as good as them at their jobs. Would highly recommend. If I wasn’t moving out of the area, I’d keep my dog at their daycare service indefinitely. Thank you so much, both Suzy and I will miss you all :)”

“It was the first time our two dogs had been away from us in kennels so we were very apprehensive as to how they would cope, we were away for nearly 3 weeks. They received the best care and both came back very happy and healthy. We phoned a few times when we were away to get updates, which were always positive and informative. When we collected our dogs the staff expressed how much they loved the dogs and had really enjoyed having them. Would definitely recommend.”

“Attended here with Audrey my cat who had an ingrown dewclaw. Getting an appointment and advised over the phone was easy, on arrival the premises was clean and nice. Vet was lovely and solved the problem in 2 minutes without stressing my cat. The receptionist was fantastic polite and only charged a nominal fee as I hadn't taken up a full consultation. Great vets, my family have used for all there pets and will continue to use for mine”

“We took my sister and her cat here recently and we were all very impressed. The reception staff were very helpful and the vet was thorough, efficient and friendly. She explained Lucy's condition clearly. Blood was taken and tested on site with results in half an hour. A fantastic service for people with pets that can't afford expensive vet fees.”

“Brilliant place to visit. Well stocked and plenty to choose from. We went for a lamp for our tortoise table and the staff were really helpful and knew exactly what we needed. Also helped us with a new substrate and a thermometer. There was plenty of parking too so it was easy to load the car. I can recommend Swell reptiles and will definitely be going again.”
