The timing chain snapped on my Mini Countryman, had an N47 chain, and after being let down badly by the main dealer, someone recommended these guys to me and I'm so pleased they did. I rang and spoke to Dave and explained the situation, then had the vehicle recovered to them, they kept me updated with pictures and video of the damage and work required, they did all this in less than a week. I drove the vehicle home to North Wales and it drove better than before. “I would like to disagree with the previous review as I find the guys at ABS Stockport very hard working and professional. I have also seen the way a minority of customers speak to the staff and found it shocking what they have to put up with. I saw a guy once get very angry with them because he wanted parts at staff prices but didn't work for them and was an ex employee from another branch. I think the staff deserve a medal for putting up with people like this and shouldn't face the abuse they receive when just trying to do a job and made even more difficult with the covid restrictions. Keep up the hard work guys and try to brush off the nasty guys.”
