"I had a bad experience unfortunately. The receptionist was rude both times I went in. I had an Interim Service done but they stamped my book Oil Change, so I obviously spoke to them to question this and requested this to be changed, something which was obviously not my fault but theirs, and yet I was greeted both times with a bad attitude and rude behaviour, she was very agitated and had no good customer service whatsoever. Really upsetting and unacceptable. Not happy. I won't use them ever again."
