“Went to purchase some toys for my sons birthday today. One was a twin pack of monster trucks. I asked the lady if we could choose particular ones. Usually you just get what you get but she was amazing and went to check if they had the one we wanted. They didn't so she then rang Elk Mill to see if they had the one we wanted and offered all help she could to find the particular ones. Unfortunately she couldn't find them but was so lovely and let us choose between what they had in. Usually nobody would do this so i was so grateful to her. Her name was Amanda and i think she deserves alot of credit. Thank you so much Amanda. There should be more workers like Amanda!”

“I'd been looking at this beautiful clothing company on line and then was pleasantly surprised when I found out they had a shop in the village where my sister lives. A trip was very necessary and I bought an amazing kimono and matching head scarf! The girl in the shop was right though, I do feel like I need a sweeping staircase to walk down in it! “Due to my son having additional needs I pre -booked an appointment with this store for a shoe fitting for my son before they opened. He has autism and really struggles with busy places and loud noises. I was so grateful to Jane for helping me sort this appointment out as it's always been a challenge to get him measured for shoes. I usually do it at home myself which was always very difficult. She reassured me on the phone that she would get him all sorted and I certainly did. Jane and Liv were amazing with my son, Liv was able to get him measured for the first time ever in a shop and it was amazing how they both engaged with my son and made it a great experience for him and us too! I honestly can't recommend this store enough! They were amazing! We will 100% be returning when he needs some more shoes. Thank you so much to Jane and Liv :)”
