"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! My sister gifted me a suit from this shop, went to change it the very next day with my sister the lady said its fine we can have an exchange (no refund ) she did try showing me a few other outfits that were rusting away they were not suitable to my taste after browsing for while i didn't really like anything, at this point i was feeling frustrated, however when other customers asked for new styles she pulled out a nice suit which i liked & i asked if she had another suit like this to which she replied yes we do BUT you cant have an exchange to this suit, i said why not? we are willing to pay the difference (this suit was £20 extra) her reply was this is our policy (at this point i was really shocked) she also said i cant do anything for you (what kind of nonsense is this) i ended up walking out of the shop disappointed & left with the same suit i walked in with I do not recommend this place to anyone"
