My daughter is captivated by her, and she knows all the babies by name. She creates a welcoming and safe atmosphere and after a tricky start with numerous health problems, she helped make my first venture out of the house with my baby a really positive one. I go back to work soon and I'm gutted that I will miss our weekly classes.”

“There's only one word to describe Simon's service and that is excellent! Our 17 year old Siemens washing machine developed a fault and I was quite expecting Simon to say that it was too old to be repaired. No such thing! He said it was built like a tank and probably last another 10 years. There was no song and dance, no intake of breath, Simon just got on with the job with no fuss. He was polite, courteous, honest and reasonably priced. I have no hesitation recommending Simon.”
