"Came to print and drop off a Collect+ parcel and buy a drink. The shop keeper proceeded to tell me he could print off the label but it costs 50p? It's supposed to be free (free elsewhere)! Yeah, no, thanks. Not the shop for me! Edit/reply: Hello Saif. Thanks for your reply. I understand that your store (and others that sign up for the service) gets a commission for each label and this service is free everywhere else I have tried previously (5 or so places) so it's pretty odd to charge for this service. Good to be transparent though."
