“Absolutely hidden gem cafe in Stockport with good price. All the food source from the best in local farms. My son Luke loves the sausages so much and so am I. The other favorite is the mushroom soup, fresh made and creamy. If you want some dessert, I would highly recommend the Victoria sponge and fresh made pancake.”

“So happy to have found this place; twice I’ve had fish & chips from there now and it is the best fish & chips I’ve ever had. Usually when ordering fish & chips from places, I will eat the fish and a few of the chips and bin the rest. On both occasions, I have actually enjoyed eating the chips as well as the fish, as the chips in this place are perfection itself! The fish is freshly cooked to order and they don’t hang around, they’re ‘on it’ as soon as you’ve placed your order. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.”

“Ric's first visit to this great Robinson's pub. A regular in the CAMRA Good Beer Guide. Famous for the food. Sunday roast at £10.50 gets really busy. .. Already busy at 12.30 on a cold February Wednesday afternoon. Yasser Arafic having a great pint of Dizzy Blond. Ric on Veltins. Fantastic heritage interior and a good beer garden. Found just off the market next to ASDA car park entrance. Well worth a visit. I like their music as well.”

“Love this little gem, proper old fashioned pub w a snug & different seating areas. Pie & mash w gravy is a crowd pleaser, however they were out of peas on the day I visited. Great drinks selection: mulled wine, Robinson's ales (local brewery in Stockport).”

“This week we were fortunate enough to have our wedding at The White Hart. The whole staff and establishment couldn't have done anymore for us. Their attention to detail on the day was impeccable and even the smallest request was delivered with such enthusiam and the team were so personable. Even when small hiccups occured before the day Charles and his dedicated team made us feel so valued and wen't completely out their way to get everything the way we wanted it. We had comments from our guests that the quality of the food was the best they have had at a wedding and the venue looked incredible with the roaring fire and it's naturally cosy atmoshphere. The rooms were immaculate and incredibly warm and cosy with all details thought of. We'd like to express our sincere thanks and couldn't reccommend this venue and team more to deliver your special day. “Me and my son visited this lovely place. We dined in, we came for dinner, it was lovely. They have no tracksuit policy we didn't know of as we had come from Mansfied, Nottinghamshire to Manchester for a show at O2 Victoria Warehouse. My son had come in Moncler X Palm Angels tracksuit and was asked not to go in but luckily we stayed at a hotel nearby, only 5mins walk, so he went back and got changed to something else. The food was decent, it's lovely and cosy inside with great interior!”

We had our drinks order delivered to our table within minutes of ordering. Roast dinner was brilliant.
