"I came here on a family occasion and found it to be quite nice. We sat at the back in a more private section if the pub and thankfully the huge television screen was switched off. I don't like televisions in pubs as I believe it just takes away any atmosphere and there were a few in this pub but at least on the day I was there, they weren't intrusive. It may or may not be one of these footie pubs..I'd check before you visit. I enjoyed the hour or so I was there anyway. Nice beers and good service."

"We had a great visit yesterday for a family Sunday roast. The pub was really busy and still the service was amazing from start to finish. We had our drinks order delivered to our table within minutes of ordering. Roast dinner was brilliant. Great team that looked after us on a busy Sunday at peak time, the usual service we’ve come to expect and the reason we keep coming back! ❤️"

"Went in for lunch for the first time today, after one visit it is safe to say I have found my new favourite lunch spot. We had a friendly welcome from the man working and his service was excellent. The food was delicious, we had the chicken sandwich and fish sandwich and shared the halloumi fries, it was all great and the ingredients all tasted very good quality. The decor inside is beautiful."
