“Upon arrival we were greeted by two lady’s who made me feel very welcome and valued, we were offered drinks and taken to the table where James met us along with Tatiana, they were very professional but had the perfect balance in engagement with ourselves which is what I look for, although we are ultimately there to buy a watch it’s also important to build a friendship and be able to speak about things other than the sale and we did this excellently. “Beverley was absolutely wonderful to deal with. No pressure to buy at all, lots of knowledge from both Beverley and other staff in the store. Made to feel really welcome and offered drinks whilst trying on watches. Collected the watch from Robert yesterday and he was equally wonderful. Again, offered drinks on arrival, talked through the warranty and other options, he set the watch up for us and made sure we were happy before we left. A nice touch was that they made an effort to interact with me too, rather than just my partner who was the one buying. Really pleasant experience and will definitely be returning in the future.”

We took the suit to the Trafford Centre store for alterations, where we ended up having the best customer service experience to the point we completely changed the suit just 2 weeks before our wedding. “I have gotten both my daughters and myself pierced at Lovisa Trafford Centre during the summer holidays and honestly can't fault it! I came on 2 separate occasions and the young girl Amina that did one of my daughters also did my nose. At my age I didn't know if I'd pull it off but I am so happy with it and it makes me feel younger! I could tell a lot of care was going in to ensuring the positioning is accurate and even. Overall it seems very sanitary and the staff were extremely kind when one of my girls felt a bit anxious. Now speaking, all of the piercings are healing very well and she did reassure us that we could pop back in store if we had any further questions. Plus its much cheaper than anywhere else in The Trafford Centre!”

“Excellent service today at the Seymore Grove store. The staff were very helpful when i found out my product had been discontinued and they advised me on alternatives.I ended up leaving with more than id bargained for but am very happy with my purchases and they even helped me set up my reward card too. I have beens visiting this store for a long time and prefer the community feel of it more than the city centre and shopping malls. The staff are friendly and helpful and even cheered me up. Cherelle and Natalie are brilliant employees and are a credit to Superdrug.”
