“Exceptional service from this Nando's manager (Morgan)! She noticed that I was struggling with ordering on the app. She approached me and offered assistance. I said I would try some more, but eventually gave up. (A problem with my card.) I went up to the desk to order - it was just before closing and they were very busy. Noticing me in the que, she asked if she could help. I said it would be great, but my card was not working. She invited me to a separate desk and quickly took my order. “We attended this cafe nero on a Saturday mid afternoon, so it was getting quite busy as everyone turned up for caffeine to fix their afternoon lull. Love a good nero, the coffee always tastes great. The staff are always friendly. Although it was really busy the staff were efficient, and happy. We even had a chat and a joke with them at the till. As I work in retail myself it can be very hard and sap your energy when it is busy and can be difficult at times to remain upbeat as you start to tire. We sat in, and the staff didn't stop the whole time we were there, the queue was just constant, so well done to them for working so hard. I don't think retail workers get enough credit for working like machines, however customers are quick to point out when there is an issue!”

“This costa coffee is situated off a busy main road. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. There’s also a drive through which is convenient. Visited 10:30 on a Monday and no que for either drive through or in store. Staff relatively friendly. Guy on the till could have been more welcoming but he processed the order quickly so no issues. Coffee and food ordered was nice”

On arrival we was greeted with a smile & directed to our table, we asked to eat inside..we was asked if we had eaten there before, obviously we hadn't, we was informed how it worked where the meals was located & prices, someone quickly took our drinks order with polite friendly conversation albeit rushed off their feet. The food wow! Plenty to choose from if you have a good appetite you'll love it, there was so much I wanted to try after indulging in the seafood yellow curry (wow) beef with broccoli & the chicken with ginger, You've definitely changed my thoughts on buffet style eating. “I love this store its my favourite of all the stores in my local area and visit quite often. The staff need praising for all their hard work. They are always welcoming, friendly, polite and helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them, they always check if everything is OK and do you need anything else but never pushy. I love a nice toasted teacake with an americano. Definitely be back soon. Praise to the lovely lady on the cafe till today 23/11/22 around 1pmish always very jolly welcoming nothing is ever too much trouble for her and always makes me smile.”
