We love coming here as the location is ideal and the rooms are just what we need. All of the listing details are accurate, including the free on street parking outside!”

“Beautiful hotel in a great central location. The reception staff were amazing and the room was spotlessly clean. As other reviews have mentioned, there was a lot of noise at night from trains and people out on the town (this isn't something that bothered us personally and is to be expected for the location). I would definitely stay again and had a wonderful time.”

“Booked hotel through Secret Escapes for 2 nights.... more than exceeded our expectations. Friendly reception staff member on arrival together with concierge who took our luggage to our room . Lovely Riverside superior room spacious with all usual amenities. A very nice breakfast widechoice generous portions of food....again friendly service from restaurant staff. Great location short walk into centre of Manchester.. Well recommended.”

“Just returned from a 2 night break and planning when to go again. First time in a wheelchair staff couldnt do enough to help. All staff shared in with a laugh and were so friendly. Room was large and very clean, bar service first class , bar food good value and breakfast so good all hot and fresh with a great choice. Left very happy. aall food was hot and fresh with”

“Used a voucher for Tapas afternoon tea, think this one beats the English version. We were served by a friendly member of staff, it would have been nice to have items explained what they were. Sat on a nice comfy sofa in the window drinking a G&T watching the word go by .”

“Decent location, not too fancy, but it does the job considering the price. If you're claustrophobic, please ensure that you do not book a room with the window. The location is great, 10 minutes walk to centre Manchester. The hotel is quiet, and the bar area is open 24/7. Worthwhile”

“Lovely stay at this gorgeous flat Me and my friends stayed there for nearly 3 weeks, the flat is very clean and tidy , with beautiful furniture and equipped with all the necessary utensils. Great views and all the shops were nearby Tesco extra is a 4 min walk from the building . We were delighted to stay there, I would highly recommend this place especially to those attending Samson’s course as its just next to the academy. The host “Abu kar” was extremely helpful, easy to communicate with and available to help with anything.”

“I've rented a room in a houseshare from SnugPads over the past two years and have never had cause to complain. The landlords and their team have been excellent, professional, and always promptly dealt with maintenance issues. The house itself is cleaned twice a month; and with all bills and utilities included, renting has been a hassle-free experience. This was the first room I took after moving to Manchester as a medical student and I've stayed here since. Whilst I initially had reservations about entering a houseshare for the first time, these were placed immediately at ease after I met them and viewed the property. “My husband and I came here for breakfast as it was near our hotel and it looked inviting from outside. The building outside is stunning. A beautifully historic piece of English history. The interior is modern, clean and comfy. The lady serving us was polite and friendly. The food was excellent. A good English breakfast and smashed avocado and egg between us both was very well received.”

Everything was clean and organized. Staff very friendly and helpful Location: 5 minutes walking to the Victoria station and a nice shopping center. “Been a resident at The Slate Yard for nearly a year and couldn't recommend it more. Gym is brilliant, you feel so safe even in the middle of a busy city.
