“A few months ago we decided we wanted a new kitchen and a re-model of the entire kitchen area including a new utility room being built in the ld garage, and huge panoramic sliding doors. We actually walked into the KDC out of pure chance as we were passing. Our experience from that point to now has been nothing short of exceptional. Rowan has helped us through every stage. All three of the designs he created for us were beyond any ideas we imagined ourselves. You think that Googling ideas is all you need to do, but when you have a professional designer helping it gets far better than that. One of the designs stood out to us. That was our kitchen. A few months later I sit right now in the finished kitchen blown away with how incredible it is. We are not exaggerating when we say our finished kitchen is far beyond what we could have imagined. It is the perfect kitchen for us. The whole process from that initial design, to recommending a builder to do all the work for us, to the entire build process Rowan was there for us to ensure everything went smoothly. It did. No dramas, no fuss, no compromise - just a happy positive experience. It is such a great feeling that when you have parted with many thousands of pounds, the majority of your life savings, and be so so happy in doing so. Our money was well spent and we don't regret a penny. We would not hesitate for a second to recommend the Kitchen Design Centre to anyone looking for a new kitchen. We have first-hand experience with the Urmston branch, but when we visited two other KDC showrooms to see the displays the staff were always helpful. If we could give 10/5 stars we would. “Spotless room in the centre of the city. Reception team (Claudia) were extremely helpful when checking in. Showed an interest in the reason for my visit and welcomed me to the city. Offered advice regarding local cafes/coffee shops and said to contact reception should I need any further information. Room was clean and ready when I arrived. Efficient use of space with large window by the bed. Exactly what I required for a one night stay in the city. Overall nice experience, I will likely book again due to the professional and friendly staff.”

“Room was as shown in the photos. No faults regarding cleanliness at all. Hotel decor modern and trendy. Bathroom was great, AC in the room worked well although slightly noisy but no real complaints. Extractor did not seem to do a great job in the bathroom but no damp/mouldy smells so must have been working. Would definitely stay again.”

“I don't have high enough praise for my stay here! It's cleanliness and hygiene of the rooms are second to non! TV, double bed, hairdryer, huge shower, hot shower, phone, tea coffee station, blackout curtains,.ac/heating all for 39 quid!! Oh and most importantly clean carpet and bedding! Oh and huge clean towels that cover you from neck to toes! Food all day! The restaurant staff are amazing! The proper check in desk and procedures lockable door, key card entry. WiFi! It's everything it says it is!”
