"Absolutely appalling customer service yet again. Why we keep giving them a second chance I don’t know. We have spent a lot of money with this company over a number of years and the service you receive now is just beyond terrible. They’ve expanded far too quickly for their own good and now simply don’t care for their customers in the slightest. Emails ignored and phone calls promised don’t happen. Furniture is damaged. Delivery men have attitude. Redeliveries don’t happen. Do not use this company."
