She’s on time and doesn’t keep you waiting and she’s a great listener. In these Covid days safety is important and The is clean and well-tended. They limit the number of clients at any one time and keep to social distancing guidelines with plastic barriers between the chairs.”

“I have been frantically looking for a wedding garter as myself and my future wife are due to fly to Aruba in a few hours time to tie the knot I went into your store and was greeted by Paige who directed me to the very last garter they had I was met at the till area by two more members of staff called Takaiya and Libby who served me with a very polite and professional way offering me accessories and even gift wrapped my purchase. “Beverley was absolutely wonderful to deal with. No pressure to buy at all, lots of knowledge from both Beverley and other staff in the store. Made to feel really welcome and offered drinks whilst trying on watches. Collected the watch from Robert yesterday and he was equally wonderful. Again, offered drinks on arrival, talked through the warranty and other options, he set the watch up for us and made sure we were happy before we left. A nice touch was that they made an effort to interact with me too, rather than just my partner who was the one buying. Really pleasant experience and will definitely be returning in the future.”

“I hate the Trafford Centre. Full of zombies . The only saving grace to this place is this exceptional eating establishment. Have been braving the traffic and been coming here for years . The ambience, even though it is situated in a very busy shopping mall is lovely. The decor is superb with copies of famous art plastered everywhere - but now the food . The food is lovely , little Italian tapas dishes. So basically you can order and taste a multitude of things all exceptionally cooked. The devils temple does have its benefits. Bravo Pesto.”

“Went to Coast to Coast in the Trafford Centre for lunch on a busy Saturday. We mentioned to our host, Alex, that my son had a dairy allergy. Alex took the time to go through the menu with my son, explaining what he could and couldn't eat, and also was able to suggest items that were dairy free. Normally, people just hand you the allergy menu. We were very impressed with Alex's friendliness, professionalism and attention to detail. Thank you Alex, for making this a memorable meal. Not my son's food pictured, but everything was delicious.”

“Not a family friendly store. I visited the store with my children who were just sitting on a sofa while I and my wife were trying to find a suitable 3 and 2 seater sofas. A member of staff came to me saying we have a CCTV camera so make sure children do not touch any show pieces as they are over 1k. Given the fact that the store didn’t display a sign that children must be supervised. In fact my children were just sitting on a sofa because I told them that we are looking to purchase a sofa. I found this absolutely rude, insulting and unprofessional. Avoid at all cost.”
