Their needs to be more shop assistants like this who even when short staffed or under pressure still presents with a smile and more than happy to help even when run off their feet. Thank you, I finally found the right pair of shoes for my mothers retirement doo. I had been all over the stores and was extremely happy when finally finding the right items that would suit my dress perfectly for a special event.”

“They are great at being fast, efficient, and semi affordable. Their biggest drawback is their communication over the phone lots of times they offer services they don’t have or give the blatant wrong information on prices and items they have in their inventory. I don’t know if the employees just don’t understand what was asked over the phone or miscommunication, but I think that’s the issue. I wouldn’t say they straight out lie cus their customer service isn’t like terrible, but who knows. Most honest review possible”

“Due to my son having additional needs I pre -booked an appointment with this store for a shoe fitting for my son before they opened. He has autism and really struggles with busy places and loud noises. I was so grateful to Jane for helping me sort this appointment out as it's always been a challenge to get him measured for shoes. I usually do it at home myself which was always very difficult. She reassured me on the phone that she would get him all sorted and I certainly did. Jane and Liv were amazing with my son, Liv was able to get him measured for the first time ever in a shop and it was amazing how they both engaged with my son and made it a great experience for him and us too! I honestly can't recommend this store enough! They were amazing! We will 100% be returning when he needs some more shoes. Thank you so much to Jane and Liv :)”
