I phoned this store to ask, the young man Kyle was so lovely and advised me to come there tomorrow, he'd be happy to help. Both he & Sylvia put my mind at ease when I went in. I got my money due to my by PayPoint and I was a very happy lady....”

“When where flying from Manchester Airport we always stay at Best Western Pinewood Hotel & this place is about 10mins walk down the road. Its an excellent place to get really nice food, they have an extensive menu plus there's always the carvery to choose from, the staff are always very friendly everytime we have been in & have a very large outdoor play area for children”

Initially we were seated upstairs which was disappointing but before I got the opportunity to ask was given the option by a worker which was great. The dance off really was a sight to see. The chain had snapped , but after trying many times to fix my chain , the dedicated jeweller at Parry’s, said I just needed a new chain , so he brilliantly sold me a chain , at a very reasonable price . “Consistent every single time - I've dined in and ordered via Deliveroo since it was opened and they haven't let me down when it came to taste and the quality of food. I've tried Big John's smashes burgers, loaded chips, supreme chicken burger and Asian style pizza. The staff are very friendly and I got the opportunity to meet and chat with the regional manager too. They take feedback seriously and always looking got perfecting their recipes by giving you a feedback form to fill in. I've not been dissapointed so far and I hope they keep up the high standards.”

“Absolutely fabulous customer service. Unfortunately we had a pair of faulty shoes which I wanted replacing with the same type as they were so comfy, but product no longer available to buy online. Contacted shop explained issue and Vicki went above and beyond to find a franchise shop who had the exact pair/size we needed. She then got them delivered to Wilmslow for me to pick up and even kept me notified as to how long it would take them to arrive in Wilmslow. A FIRST CLASS SERVICE CANNOT THANK VICKI ENOUGH FOR HER EFFORTS IN OBTAINING A REPLACEMENT. I could not thank Vicki in person on the collection day, as she was not in work. But staff knew about the product exchange and it was a sorted in minutes..absolutely seamless.Showing great teamwork and communication between staff. Many thanks.”
