"Phoned this department Monday as regards pain in my partial knee replacement,Tuesday,I was contacted by. physiotherapist to explain my symptoms,,,he gave me peace of mind ,and will arrange for me to see someone for an examination early next week ,,from my phone call yesterday,speaking to receptionist Kelly,to my phone call this morning,,,I can’t believe how swift the response as been,,under the present circumstances ( Covid ) ,,i,m amazed at the speed I was dealt with,plus,the receptionist and the physiotherapist,were extremely nice,efficient and a pleasure to speak with,thank you,, Mr Peter Bishop"
