We tried a lot of dishes and I can say that this is definitely a higher end Indian, not drowned in sauces, these dishes were well balanced, full of flavour and spiced well. “Our all time favourite place for authentic india food. Excellent tasty food. Never disappointed. Our all time favourite is lamb kharahi, lamb on the bone, king prawns in coconut curry :) would highly recommend this place for family with kids. Biryani is also amazing. “Honestly the best sit down curry I've had in a long time, can't fault it everything was fresh and tasty. The staff are very friendly and helpful and a decent selection of drink to choose from. “Lees Spice Lounge is by far the best Indian restaurant in Oldham. Been there well over 100 times and never had a bad experience. Staff are always friendly and attentive. The food is so good. It’s a pleasure to work your way through the menu trying all the different curries. My current favourite (and the one in the photo) is Naga Jal-Fry - with a keema naan bread. Be sure to phone ahead for a table at weekend, because it’s not surprising that they get very busy.”

“When I travel from Bolton to Hyde, occasionally I will visit Delhi Spice to have their Naga Rice Box. It is just a delight. On thr super hot side, but an amazing dish. Other friends and family members will try a variety and they always have only good things to say about the food. TBH, with the cost of living increase, I am pleasantly surprised by the amount of meat they pack into each meal, especially at those prices, it such a steal.”

“Ordered a home delivery from them a few weeks ago, which arrived on time and still nice and hot and was delicious. Ate in last night and the place was spotlessly clean, nice decor, tables are well spaced etc. The warm welcome from the staff was really nice and the service was very good; attentive, but not pushy, Josh answered any questions we had about the menu, the food was delivered promptly and there was plenty of it. It felt as though the staff took pride in what they did and Josh in particular was brilliant. Will be going again very soon.”

“Absolutely love coming to wing yip, growing up i didnt really go to asian supermarkets and as i've got older i have come to love the trip to our local supermarket. The range and variety are absolutely stunning, there are brilliant little finds here, it sells dishes, pans and crockery that help transform your dining from casual kitchen to oriental fusion. On today's visit i bought some lovely chinese snacks, which i dont believe i could find anywhere other than here at Wing Yip, i got some vermicelli noodles, some fresh vegetables and fish, i also got some fermented black beans which are absolutely stunning, i also when visiting here always grab something random and try it and today was a bottle of Heinz Ox Sauce which i think i'll coat some deep fried chicken wings in. They also have a brilliant and extensive selection of frozen food from sui mai to frozen crabs. I'd say this place would be amazing for all your chinese cuisine needs. Highly recommend to anyone looking to shop and cook this amazing food.”
