Change the layout of the stock as the BnQ/homebase hybrid style-mixed household item section they have in the middle is not great. Move the freezer section to the middle lower rear half aisles and place the messy jumble sale goods in the back corner. They need to extend outwards, (onto the garden plant display area) , the countertop section at the side window by 20ft at least. This will create space to get self service express lanes sorted with 1 staff member at the end always to provide assistance and to monitor. other than that its a great place to shop lol.”
