"really unreliable and a bit rude I've been a few times for a haircut, everytime, strange vibes, feel like she didn't really want to cut my hair... not very friendly, probably because I'm European not english This morning I had an appointment for colour and haircut - when I went there she said she actually doesn't have time! her collegue is sick and she can't do the colour, ok, I understand but what about the haircut that I've booked??"
