“The sales assistants were very helpful and pleasant, providing me lots of coats to try; multiple sizes, styles and colours until I found the one I liked. It needed a bit of additional tailoring which was measured in store and arranged. It took less than 2 working days before the sleeves had been shortened to my specifications and the coat had been delivered. Overall the service was great, really helpful and very quick especially considering the coat needed additional tailoring. The aftercare has been really good too. Can’t fault them.”

Contacted shop explained issue and Vicki went above and beyond to find a franchise shop who had the exact pair/size we needed. She then got them delivered to Wilmslow for me to pick up and even kept me notified as to how long it would take them to arrive in Wilmslow. A FIRST CLASS SERVICE CANNOT THANK VICKI ENOUGH FOR HER EFFORTS IN OBTAINING A REPLACEMENT. I could not thank Vicki in person on the collection day, as she was not in work. “This is a recent addition to the Mayflower Retail Park, and its very welcome. Its a huge store with dedicated sections for men, women and kids. There is a home section as well, which ia brilliant with good quality home furnishings. The clothing sections are often stylish and value for money.”

“I visited the shop on Tuesday 16th when in Bury for business meeting. I'd popped in to the arcade to head to Boots Opticians and saw the shop. I ended up buying a pair of Dr Marten shoes that I am very happy with. The staff were great, even after an initial gripe about service on my part. My fault, I'd not realised the staff had asked me if I wanted help, and I missed this and ignored them. I then complained only for the staff to help, be patient and explain what had happened. Great shop and service, and at the end was asked if all was okay by the manager/owner who was genuinely concerned.”

“After being directed here by Capitol Centre Next as may ‘possibly’ have a shirt in my size, we searched the rails with no joy. About to leave disappointed up steps ‘Sumaiya’ only too happy to help. With no picture we described the shirt as best we could and off she went only to return minutes later with said shirt. We left very happy and impressed at how well we were looked after.”
