"Went to store haven't done shopping for ages as covid n now pregnant! Store was busy only 2 tills open stood in queue for ages, then went to the till as that one was the only 1 available it was a new starter on till he was taking his time then the manager came n said I should of gone to the self checkout don't understand why I should of as they were all full and I waited for my turn. She looked at me shocked as if I didn't speak English when I said repeat what u said she was shocked to hear that I can speak English... when asked can I speak to your manager she said i am the manager n kept on being rude left my stuff there as she was saying do u want to buy it or not I had to walk away...racists karen shouldn't be a manager!"
