“Very extensive range of both well branded and high quality own label products at very competitive prices. You just cannot beat Iceland for value and the extensive range of products stocked. Iceland is the original frozen food specialist, started back in the 1970's and one famous gentleman , who I understand used to turn up at any of his 400 stores randomly in his helicopter with a suitcase full of cash to give to the staff as a thank you for all their hard work ! . “Great shop, Iceland need to staff it propery, there was an incident of theft, yet the staff couldn't get the stock back as understaffed. Come on Iceland, the savings in preventing theft must pay and extra member of staffs wages. We have security in a smaller Little Hulton store yet not in the larger Walkden store. Madness!”

“It was a very good experience. We just moved in the area and were curious about that what we can find we miss from home. Let us say we have been surprised. Quark to sausages, mustard to vanilin sugar, lots of different products. Prices are affordable. Not only Hungarian products can be find, but our neighbours's great items, which are very similar, if sometimes not better, to our well-known and loved foods. We have had a request to the shop assistant and he said straight away they would work on it to deliver that particular product we asked for. What else could we wish for?”
