“You probably don’t remember me but I had my hair coloured red last Saturday (18th). Just want to say THANK YOOOOOU SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH. From the god dam bottom of my heart. Colouring my hair red was a big change for me and I needed it. When I first came in the shop I was really hesitant and was doubting the colour but when I saw the outcome in the end I was stunned (in a good way of course). A hot drink was offered and I only had to wait a couple of minutes before Sara (Senior Stylist) led me upstairs. The salon is clean, trendy and welcoming. The consultation with Sara was lovely and she really listened to my concerns and suggestions relating to my impending haircut/hairstyle. She made a point of explaining every step she was taking and the reasoning behind that (really appreciated this). Sara was quick, efficient and has a great sense of humour and warmth. I was incredibly happy with my hairstyle (which is now manageable) and look forward to my next visit. Highly recommend.”
