“Gina is fantastic, the best groomer we've been too. She takes a lot of personal care with the dogs, whereas some places it's just like a conveyor belt. We have two dogs, the youngest had only his second cut ever and first with Gina. She text me to let me know he was becoming quite anxious and that she was taking little breaks in between so as to not over stress him. This is a great example of how much she cares about their wellbeing. Not only that, the cut was perfect! We loved it. Our second dog got cut today, she's been a few times so no bother with her, but thanks to Gina's diligence she spotted the dog's teeth could do with a good clean. Her attention to detail is second to none. And of course it goes without saying the cut was perfect again. Can't recommend Woof n Go highly enough!”

“Upon arrival we were greeted by two lady’s who made me feel very welcome and valued, we were offered drinks and taken to the table where James met us along with Tatiana, they were very professional but had the perfect balance in engagement with ourselves which is what I look for, although we are ultimately there to buy a watch it’s also important to build a friendship and be able to speak about things other than the sale and we did this excellently. “I Celebrated my 50th Birthday Party here 30th April 2022. This place was Amazing. It had everything you needed for my event. The main hall was a great size for the amount of people that came. There is also another room which came in handy. Kitchen was spot on. very clean indeed. As food was to be served. Fridge, oven, microwave, was available. Toilets were were fresh and tidy. Firswood Community Centre I will give 10 out of 10 for Service. Sharon who runs the place, is so friendly and pleasant. I will definitely be booking here again. A lot of my guest have already booked in dates for future events. Everything you needed was catered for here. Other Venues hourly rate were twice the price, and not as good a service here. I didn’t have one complaint all night about anything to do with this centre. My birthday was a success, all thanks to Firswood Community Centre. ❤️❤️❤️❤️”

“Great hotel. Reasonable price. Room was very nice and clean !! The bed was very comfy. Had a very good night sleep. The only downfall was breakfast. The queue was big and took a while to sit down. Also during breakfast the kids from other families kept filling up their plates to the full which meant we had to wait a while to get any bread and Cereal. Also they had no soy milk !! Reason for the 5 star is that this is the first premier inn I have stayed in which has not been a nightmare to stay in. Would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone as the rooms themselves compensate”

“Exceptional service from this Nando's manager (Morgan)! She noticed that I was struggling with ordering on the app. She approached me and offered assistance. I said I would try some more, but eventually gave up. (A problem with my card.) I went up to the desk to order - it was just before closing and they were very busy. Noticing me in the que, she asked if she could help. I said it would be great, but my card was not working. She invited me to a separate desk and quickly took my order. The food arrived in a reasonable time and was perfect. Well done manager and thank you for coming to my aid. Keep up the good work.”

“John Lewis always seems to have great quality clothing and brands. We tend to shop online and opt for delivery, but when this option doesn't work for us, we will order for delivery to store. Great easy access spaces available right outside the separate enterance for collections only... Making it perfect for just nipping in and straight back out again, whilst missing all the husstle and bustle of the Trafford Centre. Staff seem very polite amd parcels arr licated rapidly. The store itself is vast.”
