“Can’t recommend Austen & Blake enough. Usually going to jewellers can’t be quite overwhelming and you’re never quite sure what you’re going to get. But they were so organised with bookings and you feel like you get all the attention and help that you need. We were so lucky to have Rosie guide us. She couldn’t have been more welcoming and really made the experience exciting and special. She’s a real asset to the place and a massive part of why we will now return back to Austen & Blake. “You book a 15 minute slot and he does a fast and very decent repair for a good price - brilliant. Used for 2 repairs already! Only thing I’d say is not to bother with the screen protector as it makes your touchscreen very unresponsive so ended up having to remove it.”

“What can I say? Incredible doesn't quite cover it. My niece and I went yesterday as a treat for her 30th birthday. We were greeted with a smile, the door opened for us, and promptly taken up to homage on the mezzanine level above the glorious and very impressive restaurant. We were seated in the most exquisite room, and both felt very special indeed. Our jackets were taken and hung, the menu's described to us. We each ordered a cocktail to start, and these were delicious . Amy had the special cocktail of the day which was aptly called lovely lady ( very fitting for my niece) and I really wanted something with an almond flavour, so one was created for me, very impressive. We then ordered our cheeses, 3 to start, and we paired these with wine. We followed this with even more of the extensive cheese selection. Again paired with wine. Each cheese has a chutney alongside it to pair with the flavour of the cheese. Some little bread roll, and some biscuits that basically melted in your mouth. I even had a dessert which was incredible, unfortunately I cannot remember the name of this, but it was a little like a creme brulle, with tonka bean flavour ( similar to vanilla) it had the perfect combination of sweet and salty. The room we were in was absolute luxury. There was relaxing background music, candlelight everywhere, very comfortable chairs, an extremely intimate feeling to it. We literally had the room to ourselves which made it feel even more special. The bathroom is situated on the same floor which is great. Last but by no means least , Michael was our incredible host, very knowledgeable about every wine and cheese, extremely professional, attentive and I would say an absolute asset to Wood. Thank you Michael for making our visit so memorable and special. I would highly recommend homage at Wood. You will not be disappointed.”

We tried a lot of dishes and I can say that this is definitely a higher end Indian, not drowned in sauces, these dishes were well balanced, full of flavour and spiced well. “This was my second visit, and this time I decided to try the Kinoko Ramen. Even though it only contained veggies, the broth was rich and scrumptious. The shiitake mushrooms and tomatoes were not just cooked in the soup but also marinated and grilled, which add intensity and complexity to the flavor. Overall, I have no regrets about coming back to this restaurant and I am already hyped to go again.”

“Bought my wedding suit from here and would 100% recommend going here for suits for any occasion! Staff was polite and as soon as we arrived we had someone come to us to see if we needed anything. We was then assigned a guy named Steve who picked out the perfect suit first time, he got us all sized up and sent them away for alterations. We’ve just been back to try them on and the measurements are perfect I would absolutely recommend anyone to go here and il certainly be going back if I need a suit Thank you”

“I would like to disagree with the previous review as I find the guys at ABS Stockport very hard working and professional. I have also seen the way a minority of customers speak to the staff and found it shocking what they have to put up with. I saw a guy once get very angry with them because he wanted parts at staff prices but didn't work for them and was an ex employee from another branch. I think the staff deserve a medal for putting up with people like this and shouldn't face the abuse they receive when just trying to do a job and made even more difficult with the covid restrictions. Keep up the hard work guys and try to brush off the nasty guys.”

“Just used them once, air conditioning gas problems, Toyota said they will charge £135 for diagnostic only and repair on top, east Manchester guys just charged me £90 and over 2 years it worked perfectly. Returned another 10 months and still working, 13 years old car but air conditioning works like new”

“Had a problem with my car this weekend. Rang Kingsway Auto this morning who offered to collect my car and check it out. I then received a phone call to discuss the fault it was then repaired and the car was delivered back to me. It has even been washed. Fantastic service would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting an honest garage. - Ann”

They were really helpful dealing with a warranty company (who turned out to be terrible to deal with) and provided a reasonable priced repair. They were also really good at explaining everything & communicating with us.”

The mechanic Ian said they could fit me in today and remembered that i lived two roads away so he drove me home due to my mobility difficulties and returned my car home within a couple of hour's with the new MOT certificate and the card machine to pay. I cannot praise this company enough and a big thank you to Ian for going above and beyond in assisting me. Thank you so much”
