“Great stay at the Cornerstones guest house. Spotlessly clean room - nice decor and loads of space. Had all the comforts I needed including a hairdryer. Lovely big bathroom, excellent shower and loads of space to put all my bits and pieces out. Free parking included. Lovely welcome and top notch host. Excellent vale for money.”

“Well positioned shop, with ample space for the full Rapha range. Usually have good stock of most items and staff are very helpful and friendly. The cafe is also a gem, serving great coffee and a selection of cakes, sandwiches etc. Little pricey, but it is rapha after all! There is usually some cycling on the big screens, and a nice atmosphere. The window bar seats are a great place to people watch over King Street.”

All the coaches at the gym are of high level and give clear instructions making it very beginner friendly. Not only this but all the members are friendly and really approachable. She then taught me to relax and switch off, and taught me not to try and go to sleep - instead just to let go and relax. I have recommended Pam to friends (who also found success) and would say to anyone with insomnia or anxiety to give it a try. Pam explained the process very clearly to me and her gentle manner very quickly put me at ease. The sessions take place in Pam's home which is a very relaxing place where you can immediately feel comfortable. You're provided with CDs - free of charge - to continue to practice with at home, so that you can continue the work you do in the sessions. It was a very positive experience and the only thing that has worked for me. I couldn't recommend Pam more.”
